Welcome to my blog !

I'm going to be discussing current affairs and global development, and asking for your ideas and input. I am a high school teacher who worked in Zambia for two years with the development charity Voluntary Service Overseas ( in Canada now affiliated with CUSO ). I have written a memoir of my time there which includes my reflections on development.
